Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscapes completed post-hole digging and historic interpretive sign installation at Rippavilla and Spring Hill Battlefield in Spring Hill, Tennessee. This local project put our equipment and installation services to work at two recognizable historic locations in the community.
Project Scope: Post Holes and Sign Installation
The work involved digging the post holes and installing the signs. The photos document the completed interpretive panels, their support posts and compact tracked equipment with an auger attachment used during the project.
Installed panels shown in the project photographs include “Hood’s Plan,” “Hood’s Approach,” “Federal Retreat” and “Schofield Escapes.” Together, the images show the installation work in the context of the surrounding Spring Hill historic landscape.
Working in the Spring Hill Community
Rippavilla and Spring Hill Battlefield are part of the area’s historic landscape. Visitors can learn more about Rippavilla through the Battle of Franklin Trust and explore the American Battlefield Trust’s Spring Hill Battlefield information.
For Cutting Edge, this project is another example of completed work in Spring Hill alongside our Spring Hill Police Department landscaping project. Each project has its own scope, equipment needs and site considerations.
